Howdy! (Can you tell I’m not usually the one to write the intro?)

Caroline:

I’ve been a big fan of Aldi for a while but I’ve never tried their ice cream. This one that I got is AMAZING. Like better then Ben & Jerry’s and way cheaper. WIN.

2cellos is coming to Cleveland in a couple weeks and I am desperately trying to convince my husband that we need to go. I love them so much!

I was so deathly ill with the stomach flu this week and this stuff saved me. A little of this mixed with some water was all I could stomach for days.

Currently (as in 10 min ago) obsessed with researching the Momunments Men. What absolute heroes! Cue me logging onto Amazon to buy the Monuments Men book...

I forgot how much I love Drunk History (thank you Hulu for reminding me). It is one of the few shows that I find myself so genuinely laughing along with the people on the show. Apparently I find drunk people hilarious.

Ally:

This dressing is perfection as a salad dressing or a dip. Have not used as a marinade yet, but would assume that it is wonderful at that as well. LOVING THIS. Could practically drink it out of the bottle.

I am going to turn into a hoarder of vintage latch hook rugs. I cannot stop ordering them off of Etsy. Maybe I will sew them all into one big area rug. I am absolutely nuts!

Rings and bracelets are not typically my thing. I am so hyper aware of things on my hands and wrists. I have the THINNEST gold wedding band ever so that I don’t have to feel it. I love the look of multiple rings on hands, though, so I ordered this fun ring to see how it goes and if I am able to add more to my collection! So cute!

Caroline and I used to work at a health food store in high school, and I was obsessed with Gin Gins candy! I totally forgot about them, and I am so happy to rediscover them. As a person who is constantly nauseous, they really help! And I love the bite of ginger. Such a good flavor.

A friend of mine recently turned me on to Coursera, and it is the most exciting part of my free time lately! The website offers free college courses (you can send away for a certification if you need the college credit, for about $60) with all of the course material, interaction with the professors - even homework and tests! I am ecstatic to have this resource to be able to educate myself on my own time. I always think about how fun it would be to go back to college, but the time and the money just isn’t there. THIS IS THE PERFECT SOLUTION! I am currently enrolled in Narratives of Nonviolence in the American Civil Rights Movement. It’s fascinating!!

That is all for us this week! Check back next week for more faves!
