Happy Friday! Next week, we will be changed women after we see Kacey Musgraves in concert! Caroline and I are headed to Columbus for a day and a half long girls trip. Are you absolutely over this week? Then do I have a cocktail for you! This delicious cocktail uses Red Ribbon Mint Ginger Ale, my new favorite drink, and some rose water. Typically for a cocktail, I would make a rose simple syrup, but since the ginger ale is already sweet, I didn’t want to add any more sugar.
